Exercise can be FUN, FULFILLING, and FESTIVE! And this class will prove it.  This class takes simple martial arts techniques and combines them with the music, excitement, and energy of an aerobics class to give the student a fun way to get into great shape.  This class guarantees that you will:

  • Increase your overall stength and body tone.
  • Decrease fat mass, and increase muscle.
  • Release stress and aggression in a positive way.
  • Develop a stronger mind-set in self-disciple and perserverance.
  • Specifically tone and tighten the arms, abs, and legs through kickboxing techniques.

What to wear and bring with you to class?

  • Students will want to wear loose and comfortable clothing which covers their body appropriately. Please note that some of the exercises done in class may be uncomfortable if a person is wearing short shorts, or small shirts.
  • It is recommended that the student bring a towel to wipe up all the sweat they will be leaving on the mats ;). It is also a good idea to bring water with you or some money to purchase beverages for sale at the academy.

Fitness Kickboxing Class Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday:  6pm - 6:45pm
Tuesday & Thursdays:  6:30pm - 7:15pm
Saturdays:  10am - 10:45am
