Then come and take our 8 week "Fit-Kick Bodyshaping Challenge" course!


 


What is the program?


 


The simple goal of this program is to get you into the best shape and tone of your life in a minimal amount of time.  In this 8 week course you will do a number of kickboxing techniques and other challenging exercises using resistance bands to help tone the muscles while strengthening the tendons and ligaments.  Used in combination with our Fitness Kickboxing classes, you will get a complete fitness program that gives you an awesome cardio workout along with the toning and shaping of the resistance bands.  The resistance bands classes will also give you a very easy and portable way to build body definition without having to be at a gym or access weights.  And one of the great things about the resistance bands is that they allow you full range of motion, so that you can use and improve your skill level in some of the basic kickboxing/martial arts techniques.


To see the greatest benefits from the “Fit-Kick Body-shaping” course it is recommended that you plan on coming to 3 Fitness Kickboxing classes and 2 resistance bands classes per week.  We realize that this is a major commitment, but this is what it will take to see the most rapid development within this 8 week program.  If you can’t commit to this program we do offer other options that you can participate in and will notice an overall improvement in your body tone.  But if you want to see the most changes you should make the full commitment.


 


Need some extra motivation?


Well, besides obtaining the prize of getting into awesome shape, we will be awarding  $30 cash for every student that attends all of the classes that they have signed up for, without missing one class during this 8 week session.  To be eligible for this prize you must sign up for at least 3 classes per week.

Winter Session

The Fully Packaged Program for non-MMAA students consists of: 
1 Pair of Boxing Gloves & handwraps (not included for current members)

2 Resistance Bands Classes per week for 8 weeks
3 FKB Classes per week for 8 weeks
3 Resistance Bands
1 Personal Training Notebook
2 Fitness Assessments

SPECIALLY DISCOUNTED PRICE FOR THE FULL PACKAGE:

Non-Members of MMAA:     $379 for the 8 week program (save over $280!)

Current Members of MMAA:     If you want to see the greatest benefits in this program, we recommend that you upgrade to 3 Fitness Kickboxing classes per week for the 8 week period. So your total cost would be the price of the upgrade ($15 extra per month for each upgrade of one class) plus the price of the resistance bands classes. If you don’t want to upgrade, then just add the resistance classes to your current program.

PRICE FOR THE RESISTANCE BANDS CLASSES ONLY:
(also included are 3 resistance bands, 1 notebook, and 2 fitness
assessments)

2 classes per week =     $179*        for the 8 week program


*(If you are in the Red Gloves Club take an extra 10% off of this price, if you are in the Blue Gloves Club or Black Belt Club take an extra 15% off of these prices)


PAYMENT OPTIONS:
For the convenience of some students the payment can be broken into 2 payments and simply added to your current monthly EFT deduction.

SPECIAL DISCOUNTS FOR THE PROGRAM:

1)  Sign Up and pay in full by October 16th and take $15 off of your chosen program.
2) If you have any friends or family members who sign up for the full package (and are not currently members of MMAA), you will receive $25 off your chosen package or a
credit towards your monthly tuition.

2) If you have participated in the “Fit-Kick” program before, take $20 off of your chosen programs price.

Fitness Kickboxing Class Options (pick up to 3 classes to attend):

Monday & Wednesday:  6 to 6:45pm

Tuesday & Thursday:  6:30 to 7:15pm

Saturday:  10 to 10:45am



Resistance Bands Classes:

Tuesdays:  7:30pm to 8:15pm
Thursdays:  7:30
pm to 8:15pm
